Deliveries require a signature or receipt confirmation upon arrival to guarantee safe handoff to the designated recipient.
Order Verification & Dispatch Protocols
- Order Confirmation: Orders are queued for fulfillment immediately upon payment verification or official purchase order validation.
- Cut-Off Times: Same-day dispatch applies strictly to orders confirmed prior to 1:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Orders confirmed after the cut-off or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete delivery addresses, landmark details, and active recipient contact numbers to prevent routing delays.
Special Delivery Conditions & Self-Collection
- Bulk & Heavy Equipment: Specialized transit or freight arrangements may apply for enterprise hardware, high-volume orders, or oversized items.
- Store Pickup / Self-Collection: You may opt to collect your orders directly from our main service center at Bihi Towers during standard business hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a courier is unable to complete delivery due to invalid contact information or missing recipients, a re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts.
